Anyone from Chicago area attending the Louisville Warehouse on the 28th?

The reason I ask is that I purchased a NARC in Plainfield, IL (about 30 miles west of Chicago) and would like to avoid an unnecessary trip. I have no problem buying your first arcade game here, or $100 for that matter. The game is at Monkey Arcades in Plainfield, IL. If you know anyone, please let them know of the offer. Thanks!

they are still in business? I thought they closed up shop a year ago. I hope you find someone.

Hey Zud, are you coming down? I see you are pretty close to Plainfield.

I am right next door and have also bought many games from him. But if you look at my other post I have 2 inoperable limbs, broke my toe and finger. So I am out of the game moving business for a few weeks.

I saw the post, but not the author. Damn, my luck. Here's to a quick recovery!

I have lived in Plainfield for the past 6 years and the Chicago area the other 24 years of my life and have never heard of these guys. The prices on his used pinballs seem to be kind of insane; does he work out better deals if you are actually interested in buying from him? Also is this guy an op or just buys and sells?

BTW where is some info on the Louisville warehouse thingy?

Do a search for Louisville Warehouse to get the thread. The skinny is that next Saturday (28th) there will be a sale of a lot of arcades etc here in Louisville. Here it is:

The guy is letting most stuff go for $100. C'mon down and bring me my Narc and I will buy your first game for you or give you $100. :)

......and bring that Tapper that's for sale in Chicago down for BrokenToken :)

Man, that would be SWEET.

Unless BrokenToken pays more. ;)

I don't want to trump anyone, but yeah - it would be nice to catch someone on the drive in. It would save a lot of gas and time all the way around.

I pay a fair wage!

NARC first Tapper second.

Lol

Agreed. I've met Geoff and he's a good guy. I don't want to squat on his thread, but if there was a way we could all chip in and help out and benefit, then I'm definitely game for it.

Thanks Whitney. Anytime you wanna grab a beer or two, let me know. Any word on that trip to Nashville?

Geoff,

Did you make it to the sale? I don't remember seeing you there.

Looks like January was a bust. LOL. It came and went. We'll have to re-group and try again.
