I'm restoring my ZZ-048 Pong machine, and there's an issue with the board. I tried asking around last year but never really got anywhere...anyway, the ball doesn't bounce off the top and bottom of the screen, instead it just goes off the screen and appears at the same direction/velocity from the other end of the screen.

I was given the schematics for it from someone on here but I can't make sense of it (I'm not too technical in that dept.) So I'm hoping someone here can help me out, either let me know what to do, or if you're confident you can fix it, I'll pay to ship it to someone for repairs. Also, I mentioned in the Wanted section, I'm looking for a spare knob for mine since I have one plastic and one metal one. Thanks guys!

Thanks, there's quite a lot of information in there..unfortunately I'm more of a construction and restoration guy, the technical aspect isn't quite my strong point, to be honest, that all looked like another language to me. I read through all 17 pages but nothing pertaining to the vertical "bouncing" stuck out at me. Any suggestions? The thread seemed to end right as they were working on the ball display.

If anyone can tell me exactly which chip is the culprit, I'll be able to remove and replace it, the only problem is knowing which one it is.
