I deal with building custom computers a lot and have sleeved/loomed many power supplies/fans ect... I was thinking i could transfer this over to one of my next projects and maybe sleeve most of the jamma harness.

Has anyone ever done this? or maybe you have some pictures of a super clean wire job inside one of your cabs you might want to share with us. I know this is just a tad on the overkill side and not many showcase the inside of their cabs like that but it was an idea.

partial reason for this is i use zip ties and plastic split loom currently and the zip ties once i cut the extra ends off them love to scratch and stick my fingers and arms all the time.

That's a good idea to sleeve the wires, I will try that on the next project. There are zip tie guns that would help you to put the head of the zip tie closer to the cabinet. That might help in preventing snagging.

i've been looking at that thing just wasn't sure if it would be any better than scissors (which is what i use normally or my wire strippers cutter). maybe i'll pick one of those up sometime soon and check it out...

i think it would look extremely sweet and definitely clean to do tho. i'm just unsure of the cost (as i figure it will be atleast 25$) but on a machine you've always wanted and don't plan on getting rid of for a long time if ever, i think it would be the "cats meow".
