Ive always wanted a golden tee but cant afford one. I was browsing around and found a working skins game that i think i can pick up for like $150 about an hour away from me. I was just wondering how it plays and if theres alot of replay value in it? Any info on this game is appreciated

Skins

It is an OK game. It plays pretty well once you get use to the stick for the swing. It does not have a trackball. For $150, it is hard to go wrong since it is a Med res monitor. If you dont like it I would imagine you could get your money back. When these were fairly new, I traded one for a nice Tempest.

Very good game. Definately standard resolution. Well worth the price, especially if it's in a nice big Midway cabinet.

I have one and the people who play real golf like it A LOT! It is not hard to catch on to but but being good at putting (for me anyway) took time.

I just ended up picking this game up today. Played at the guys house. Seemed to work fine. It was about 1 1/2 hour drive. Get it home plug it in, start playing and it freezes up. Grrrrrrrr. Hopefully its an easy fix

make sure everything is seated properly. there are a lot of extra connectors to the PCB (hard drive, controller, etc.) in addition to the standard JAMMA molex.
