I'm starting to get the shakes wanting to add a new game to the lineup. It doesn't matter that I have 3 projects that need attention. It doesn't matter that X-MAS is in 3 weeks and I haven't bought a single present yet. The last couple of days I've been trying to talk myself into games I really don't want just to satisfy the hunger. On Saturday I almost bought a GT 2K. Even though I've only played GT once in my life and I can't stand the game, I almost convinced myself the reason I don't like the game is because I don't have one at home. Anyone else in need of an intervention?

You said it, brother. I want to finish the insulation and paneling in the garage before adding anymore, but there are SO MANY things popping up lately on craigslist for cheap.

I keep myself busy doing wood repair on Spy Hunter and the fumes help me forget a little bit.

Ive got that right now. Have some extra $$$ laying around, but no one in NoCal is selling anything of interest to me at the moment. The only "project" I have is my GT04 that is getting the monitor rebuilt. Everything else is working, but I feel like I need a few new games to shake things up.

I haven't had it for a bit, because I have grown tired of having lengthy project games. My last two have went from 'easy fixes' to nightmare project. If a fully working game falls into my lap for $50 though, I would still probably get it.

hell yeah I do, the game I want is just waiting for me.

but I don't need an intervention, I just need for the guy coming to look at my popeye table tomorrow to actually buy it. also I need for one of you guys to help a brother out and buy this damn vs hogan's alley/nintendo gun combo. then all will be good.

I had a hard time not bidding on that punch out on ebay that went for $480 last week.

We all get the arcade bends from time to time. I've found the easiest way to satiate it is to keep a couple jamma cabs around and just buy boards that interest you when they come up. You'll need one hor, and one vert. just for good measures. My latest is Shadow Dancer for a Dynamo project that's been sitting in a barn for a couple years. That board just came in today. At the moment, I'm looking to sell some old projects so I can get new ones. So, I guess, I'm on the cusp of being a dealer for my chosen vice. I've reached the next level of addiction, oh the humanity ;)

I did then I got Burgerime thought that stopped it but then an Afterburner cockpit came up and I have been looking for one for 4 years. Now I have one and I have basically no more space I need to get rid of some stuff. my advice is not just to buy anything you can get your hands on it always seems like a good idea at the time. Later down the road once you finally start to find the games you want and realize you have to much crap to get them then it gets depressing.
