I bought a set of 4 from a company online, but the leads are in the total wrong position, although the size is bang on.

Your best bet is to run new leads and tuck them behind the panel. You won't find exact replacements at this point. Some options are close enough, but the originals were made specifically for the cabinet by a Japanese company which no longer exists.
