Started playing Ninja Gaiden III yesterday, I though this game was hard as a kid, but seems really easy now. Last game I died mabey 3 times towards the end, I still finished it with like 5 lives left and I just managed to roll over the score after I beat the 2nd last boss, before the 3rd. I flew though Ninja Gaiden 1 last week. I guess now I should throw in Ninja Gaiden 2 and master that one. I've beat alot of games lately that I could never finish back in the day. I though i'd be worst at games now, but it seems like i'm better then I ever was.

ninja gaiden is a tough one, luckly it had infinate continues. love the game, its one of my favs on the NES. ninja gaiden, castlevania and mega man are probably my favorite nes series

+1 for those series! NES owns all! I have to throw in the Tecmo Bowls,River City Ransom,Contra series, the Zelda Series,Metroid, and Pro Wrestling.I could name off good game after good game on the NES,but I don't want people reading my post for 15 minutes.:D

hell yeah i am into nes. I buy sell and repair them everyday. if you are looking for anything let me know.

google retr0brite

works wonders on yellowed systems.

little off topic, but a backlight in a original gameboy looks boss.

I have only a few games in my collection though, I only keep ones i really want and sell the rest if the price is right.

If i had the cash I would just buy a huge set off ebay, although hhunting for stuff is half the fun.

skate or die!
I had a very love/hate relationship with this game. Mostly hate. I only ever rented it, and in a pre-internet world, not having the manual made various parts of this game damn near impossible for me to figure out. I lost many eyeballs (or whatever that was supposed to be) on that damn vert ramp.

Yea i like the NES a little......

Old Pic of my NES Games, im missing some complete ones i sold off at the top. Still nothing compared to some of the collections guys have at nintendoage.com lol

wow man that is one nice collection we have such similar tastes i love it

I just sold my RGB NES..

At my height, I had about 450 unique titles.

But that was when games were $1-$2 ea.

Nice collection!!! I see a Contra Force and Mega Man X3 for the SNES.I'm pretty certain good coin was paid for those.I used to collect complete and sealed NES games, but got out of the hobby since one little mishap could make your complete and especially your sealed game a hell of a lot less valuable. And I was collecting before anyone ever thought of the game grading system.Plus,I could give a shit about some of those rare (and shitty) titles like Cheetman II and Master Chu and the Drunkard Hu.

I think the rating system and some of the recent hype surrounding such "rare" titles (stadium events...) has kind of ruined it a little for the rest of us...

I have 140 unique NES titles right now, nothing that really stands out, though. I do have Contra Force... and for the SNES I'm only around 90 some. I have Mega Man 1-X3 with the exception of 8 for PSX or Saturn (I want it on saturn more)...

I've not been in to the home console stuff as much, since I started the arcade thing... but my stuff's not going anywhere...

I still play my NES more than any of my other systems. I think I've got around 80 games. My all-time favorite game is probably Mega Man 2. My girlfriend and I have recently been battling at Dr. Mario.
