This is one for the books........

At this point, I am not surprised when I receive packages that are damaged. And by damaged I mean crushed, stomped on, bent, partially opened, etc. In fact my last Mouser order shipped through UPS actually had boot prints on the crushed box. I am still trying to resolve that one......

But now I got this........

I was supposed to receive a delivery from Chad of a repaired chassis and waited and waited and waited only to receive notification from Chad that it was "returned to shipper", he used FedEx.....

I explained that there is no way that they attempted to make the delivery as there was no knock on the door, no doorbell ring, no notice on the door that delivery was attempted in fact, there was no signature required anyway!

When this was looked up, they said that the delivery was not even attempted! (see attached)

They when Chad tried to file for a refund, he received the the reply, NO REFUNDS due to the virus! (see attached)

WTF is going on here?!?!?

So now, someone pays for a delivery, they decide not to deliver it and there is no refund, is that about right?

Even if this is resolved in my favor, considering the audacity of this corporation, I am cancelling my FedEx account and will NEVER use them again, for any reason what so ever.....

So, did anyone else have this experience?
