Anyone else screwed by FedEx?

Stupid FedEx....

I bought 30 bucks worth of coin door locks from TQ. In addition to the exchange rate, additional shipping costs to Canada....FedEx then billed me $5 for taxes/duties etc (which is fair) and added on another $30 in fees just to collect that $5.

They are crooks.

Please, if anyone is selling stuff to collectors....please offer to ship USPS, instead.

I've always quoted USPS prices to Canadian KLOVers... and I'm not sure any of them have had me ship anything. (I thought I'd shipped something to Canada, but honestly can't recall if it actually happened)

Canada shipping is craycray.
Shipping to Australia was comparable.

So the company takes your money for a delivery which they never ATTEMPTED to make and then states that there are no refunds....

WTF is that about?!?

That pesky policy cost us money. For years our business model was incorrect, we should have realized that the real money lies in doing nothing. Simply let the money come to you & rake it in.

Now that we are essential, we can do anything we want. You need us & we don't need you.

You should be grateful any of you get your packages at all. Peasants.
