I don't know if its a scam exactly but it seems like kind of a rip off. I don't think that $25 goes towards the repair - your paying $25 to get a "good" technician to come fix your machine. So basically your paying $25 for these people to make some phone calls and send out a tech that they deem worthy.

I do not think it's a scam either. I do not get the $25.00 referral fee charged to the game owner. It seems a little backwards as you would think any referral fee would be charged to tech for the lead.
It seems BMI uses them for repairs on game sales outside of their area and thats how I stumbled upon the site. They list some of the distributors that utilize them (or so it appears).
