Yeah, this is true. I have a Williams Upper Deck and it rarely gets played BUT I do like having it in my collection as I think it fills a special void in an arcade, in terms of gameplay and presence. It is fun but only in short bursts. I only have room for 12 pins (and a bunch of vids) but the sacrifice is worth it, imho.
However, I suggest you find one that's a two-player version. Competition makes most games more fun.
