I have the same DK board with a sound problem, so am watching this with interest.

However I have the Jamma Adapter from Mikes Arcade

Does anyone know, does this adapter control Analogue, or Digital Sound (Or both?)

Don't know if it helps but the problem looks suspiciously similar to your video problem.
