Anybody know arcadecreations on Ebay?

Fortunately, it won't come to that. When I got home tonight there was a box waiting on my porch. Inside were the 7 boards I paid for 2 months ago.

I don't know what caused Scott to finally ship the boards, but I am not going to look a gift horse in the mouth. It would have taken 10 seconds for him to send the tracking number as it was sent with delivery confirmation, but he didn't even do that.

Glad you got the boards... What a PITA seller! If his e-bay guy was gone, how does he list so many games? ;)

As a final WTF? in this saga. I got an email this morning (actually it arrived yesterday, but I didn't see it until this morning) sent to my home email account that said:

Ken,

I just found your other email address.

For some reason every time I reply through eBay it won't allow the email to go through.

All of your items shipped out last week. You should be seeing them any day now. I don't have the delivery Conf# with me at the moment

Thanks,

Scott

Now I can believe the Ebay part, as I have tried sending him nastygrams, but apparently after Ebay decided that after the issues were resolved they blocked email between us because I tried emailing Scott and the emails failed.

I think the only reason he replied was because I tried using Paypal's resolution process to get them to honor the refunds as soon as there was some money in his account. Part of that process involves sending an email, so it must have been delivered with my Paypal account (which is also my home email). I had never tried to contact Scott from my home email account, so either he got up off his ass and looked up one of the failed refunds and got my email account that way, or more likely, he got the email I sent through PayPal and replied to it.

Either Lenexa, Kansas is an incredible hotbed of arcade activity causing an enourmous expenditure of his valuable time, or he is really lazy. I mean how hard is it to go and look up the delivery confirmation number and cut and paste it into an email?

Anyway, this whole deal left a really bad taste in my mouth. For those of you that never had a problem with Scott, congratulations, I'm glad it worked out for you. I wish you continued success in future deals with Scott.

For myself, from now on, if I see anything being offered by Arcadecreations, I am going to run the other way. (Unless in the best KLOV tradition, it's a Quantuum listed for $0.99 and no bids with 5 seconds to go...:D).
