If I had to guess I'd say part of a video poker, slot machine or the like. Certainly not any video game part I've ever seen. Possibly a jukebox selection panel, minus the actual buttons? That's the best I have for you.
 
It looks like a juke box selector panel. The row of switches horizontally would light up when you press them and the keypad on the would be where you entered the digits. The two machine sockets sticking up would be where the 7 segment LEDs would plug in.

Have no clue what brand it is off of though.:dontknow:

Where's Ken Layton when we need him? You know that - not only does he know what it is - but he knows who made it , the exact model numbers of the four different machines that used it, the company that is still in existence that services it and sells parts for it, the actual part number for this, and the guy to talk to when you call to order a schematic.....
