I'm about to set out upon repairing the lower corners of my Blue Max where the plywood has delaminted. I really don't want to cut it out so I've been looking at these two options used in repairing boats and RV's. Anybody ever use either one?

With very minor plywood delamination, I've pushed Titebond glue into the gaps, then used wood clamps on straight wood blocks, with wax paper separating that from the cabinet. Hope that made sense. Can you post some pics?

Hi;
I have a game that has the delaminated plywood at the base on 3 sides and my only option is to repair, not cut it out.
I had done some research and found several epoxy products that are used for repairing landmark homes, wood repair that is.
It would require you to basically build a small form, then pour in the epoxy, which would become one with the existing wood. Some sanding and refinishing and the repair is then stronger that the original wood.
I have not done this yet as life has taken over for now but if you need more info, just do a search for epoxy wood repair and you should be busy for a week or so.......

Ooops...never mind........
It's been about a year since I last thought about the restoration, hopefully one day I'll get to it.
Good luck with your restoration and please post the results.
Peace
Jeff
