Anybody else finally firing up thier arcades this weekend?

Since october, my arcade has been full of books and crafting stuff. I finished the building of the wifes rooms in febuary. Fast foward to now, she has been to lazy to put anything away. Ive ben super busy too. Today i decided its WAYYY past time, so i moved all that shit out of my arcade and have been cleaning/reorganizing games. My damn cats decided it would be a good idea to use the area under the pins as a toilet, so that was fun to cleanup. At least it was there and not on games etc..

But its coming along well and i should have this room ready to go for tomorrows festivities!

Anybody else digging out their arcade after a long hibernation?

fired up my asteroids deluxe tonight and the damn fire button was firing every time, after a couple games it straightened out, letting these things sit i think is harder on them than useing them.

Got a bunch of the GF's friends over. Firing-up now!

Must be a pretty nice arcade if your cat's were using it for a toilet for a couple months.

Had another beer fueled game night with some co-workers on friday night. I think im starting to get the bug again! Going to pickup an area 51 site 4 on tues or weds lol

The arcade for me has been seeing a lot more use for more than just me lately. I mean I had to hunker down for the winter, but even before that it wasn't a really big "gathering" at anytime. I guess as the word spreads that I own arcade games, more people are wanting to come see!

most of the time its only the mame cab that gets any attention anyways so thats usually the only one i turn on unless someone asks to play something else.

Been playing all my duplicate MVS carts lately, getting ready to sell some of them off. I want to play each one from start to finish to make sure they all work fully :)
