Any Twisted Metal Fans here?

one of the psn emails they sent me a week or so ago had a link to an interview with the producer but i didnt bother to watch it

im a fan, but i havent liked any of the games ive played since 2

Yes, there is a new one coming out for the PS3 only.
I love Twisted Metal 2 and Twisted Metal Black.... all the others were terrible.
Wish it was on 360.

I am a fan of 1 and 2. Black was okay IMO.

I remember renting a PSX from blockbuster shortly after its release and renting twisted metal, tekken, and nhl face off. A couple weeks later my brother and I polled our childhood savings and purchased a system. Cant believe that was like 14 years ago.

Any idea if there are plans for it to be driving/ steering wheel compatible? I have a logitech G27 wheel setup. Figured that would be sweet if it would work with that somehow.

Second game I owned on PSX was twisted metal cant wait for the new one.

I'm a TM fan as long as we are talking about TM 1, 2 or Black. The others were indeed quite bad; although I am holding out hope for the one on the Ps3 even though I won't get a chance to play it.

It would be nice to see the series brought back to its former glory.

I remember when I first purchased a PS1, and the demo disc that came with the system had TM1 demo on it... that demo got more playtime than all the other demos on the disc combined. heh.
