Hi there

Does any one know of a reliable person who can repair a table top arcade machine in-house in Sydney (Marrickville area)?

The unit has a block screen when it is switched on.

Unfortunately, I forgot to bolt the screen in place before moving, and when I switched it on after the move, I shorted something electrically.

Any recommendations would be of great help.

Thank you.

Sorry,

The title of the thread was suppose to be: "Does any one know of a reliable person whom repairs Arcade Machines in Sydney?"

Unfortunately I cannot edit the title of the post.

Hi Guys

Thank you for you feedback.

I had no idea that there was a Aussie forum available.

But I am hoping that there are some Aussies using this forum which may be able to help me out.

Thank you.

I am not aware of any NSW members who are capable of doing repairs. If you dont want to join AA (which is a good decision quite frankly) then why not ask for advice on how to fix it yourself?

I don't see how not bolting the screen in properly could short something out, but anyway, lets start with the basics. I assume you've verified power is reaching the monitor chassis and that all fuses are intact?

May be I should have posted this thread under the monitor repair section.

moderators, and you move the thread to the monitor section of the forum.

Thank you.
