Any recommendations for a good little spot welder?

I want to weld some rechargeable batteries together, and wanted to know if there's a good brand/style I should get. Definitely want to spend under $100. I figured I could get the cheapest thing out there to do the batteries, but then again if I have to do a quick weld on something arcade related, I might need something a little better quality. So I'm just looking for some suggestions. Don't want to do any stick welding or anything big, just want a little tool I can crack out and now and then when a project calls for it.
Thanks 😊

Just got a new Lincoln wire feed that is awesome but it was more like $350 new.
They claim it can weld up to 1/4" thick (which I kinda doubt) but it's like a hot glue gun for up to 10 gauge anyway.

Easy to run and really compact.
110V too.

I was thinking about this just a couple of days ago for coin doors where the hinge was welded to the frame.
I have 2 Atari owl eye doors where those welds are broken. I don't know if that battery welder would do sheet steel.

For sheet metal work, I have had pretty good success with the harbor freight unit (220V). Unfortunately the unit comes from HB with really bad geometry on the tongs/tips.

I had to buy a new set of tongs from the guy on ebay to get nice consistent welds.

At one point i was welding pretty frequently (like 5 welds per minute) and the tips would get too hot, (this degraded the Tips and welds). I soldered some copper tubing to the tongs and ran cold water through them to keep things cool.
