Long story short I bought a Golden Tee 2005 pcb without a hard drive. After 2 different hard drives still wouldnt boot. Boots up but cant find ide. Called IT to find out that its a Big Buck Hunter pcb and not Golden Tee. Cant find the chd file anywhere. Does anyone have one?
thanks

Is it a Big Buck Hunter or Big Buck II? What's the security chip label at U53 say?

Sorry. I don't have one for the original big buck hunter.

Can't detect IDE is likely a board or cable issue. If the hard drive is plugged in and spinning it will detect it but fail the verification. I have a Carnival King that says that and found a cut trace on the bottom of the board that is running to the buffers to the IDE connector.

Do you have an ftp site?

I ordered one from this seller. Very pleased with the product. You'll need the one with the boot eeprom though, which is $40. Honestly that's pretty cheap considering that finding a hard drive alone is $20-30. The new eeprom makes it possible to use larger hard drives (and makes the one provided compatible), so when you get it, just clone it to an image and you'll be set for backups.

Seller wont return my emails about it. Already tried

If I can find chdman I can make one for you. I have it on disc somewhere....
I have a nos BBH hard drive here I can pull it off of. Guess I need to find my mame dvd's.

I ended up grabbing a hard drive off ebay and put the chd on it for him. I have the chd file but its huge and wont fit on dvd.
