Any Nintendo Restorations in the works for Anybody?

I just finished a Mario and Dk cab.Now I don't do resto's to the extent that Phet would ,or any other person that insists on having an absolute mint machine. There is nothing wrong with that at all,the thing with me is that I hate to spend allot of time on a resto and not be able to play it for a good while. I need my games fully operational within one to two weeks which is how long it took me to complete these two cabs. DK was beat when I got it and stank. It had a smell that was like laundry detergent and mildew. After the de-funk I started on cleanup with a thorough vacuum and a thorough degreasing of the whole inside and outside. If you zoom into the two pics of the sides the cabinet just looks dirty and the color looks to be light blue, but the paint is actually yellowed from age so it had to be completely sanded, blocked, and bondo'd. Two of the pics show damage in the front bottom corners as a result of someone breaking the bottom base off,so all of that was replaced/repaired. Cigarette burns all over the controls, gouges, rust, etc.

The DK got.....

New light fixture
All body work redone
All artwork ,buttons, and decals replaced with originals except side art
Four coats of paint
New white T molding
Coindoor stripped and repainted
Coin mechanisms rebuilt and high speed polished
All new bottom base
Rebuilt monitor
Monitor bezel and marquee polished
Marquee hardware stripped and repainted.

Dude, those are both looking stellar. I like Mario in that blue cabinet. Looks pretty damned sweet.

Thanks man,I don't know how you survive the extent that you go on your resto's cuz I was exhausted by day two. The sanding and bondo was killing me with epic amounts of time consumption. I was working at least 2hrs a day, everyday on these and I hope and pray to not have to do it again. I was so proud of myself afterwards though lol

Those look as bad as the Popeye I restored a few years back. Came with no base and the whole thing was covered in yellow varnish and rubber streaks.

I actually fixed it up, replaced the bottom plywood that was missing, built a new base for it, found some wheels, and saved the original side art by masking it and painting around it:
