Any interest in these three: Death Race, Quantum, Pong

My house is about to go up for sale and it's very unlikely that any of these games are going to be finished in time. The chances of me returning to the hobby to finish these is even less unlikely.

Quantum- Comes with an original working board, repro artwork, repro marquee, repro cabinet (DPtwiz) working power brick, AR2, NOS coin door, repro control panel, new trackball and related rebuild items and many more things that will get you close to a complete repro game. Their will be no monitor, cardboard bezel or main harness but everything else will be there along with extra stuff you can sell off later to recoup some of your investment. Rebuilt Amplifone monitor with a nice tube and blue boardset will be available at a later date. This game is in pieces (except for the repro cabinet) and the parts are in rubbermaid containers so this is definitely a project that will need assembly.

Exidy Death Race- Brand new cabinet with new artwork ( not installed) repro control panel shell (PrOK) rebuilt monitor with a new tube, rebuilt shifters, re-chromed steering wheels, boardset (repaired by Elektron Forge) etc. This is a complete game, just needs assembly.

Pong- Hand signed by Alan Alcorn (Atari co-founder), this game works but will need a new cabinet (except for the bezel portion where it was signed) comes with the original monitor that was rebuilt by Arcadecup, also comes with a repro cpo and an extra non working boardset. Also a complete game!

This is not a fire sale so $50 offers aren't gonna fly here but this is a great opportunity for someone to complete some rare machines that i no longer have an interst in. I'm down to one month left before i scrap them all for parts or pack em in a trailer where they'll sit for a good couple years only to be scrapped later. This is all i have left of my games and a return to the hobby is guaranteed to never happen.

Bigger garage and a house on one level. My new hobby will require much more garage space and i'm leaving no room for arcade machines. Time to move on!

My grail for sale and not a dime in sight... Death Race. I hope she finds a good home!

You can give me the Death Race for Christmas. Or I'll exchange it for a 6 pack of Strohs and a box of honey-filled condoms.

IMHO, the same as a real one if done properly. Not a lot of difference in them other than the outsides. Most of the real ones are rat infested turds when you get them and require extensive resto. I've seen 4 in my years of collecting and none of them were very nice. They all needed extensive work to look good again and it probably would have been better to just make a new cabinet. But............that's just my opinion. I'm sure others will chime in.

I would agree with this assumption!!!!!!!New wood and fresh chrome sure smells better than rat shit.....
I would pay more for the new one!!!!

One just sold today on ebay in good shape and working with minor issues for $2K mine will pretty much look brand new so i doubt a repro cab will make much of a difference. I did reuse the small piece of wood from the upper back of the original cabinet since it had the serial stamp but otherwise, all the other wood is new and the cabinet shell is all black melamine on both sides.
