Any input on the Atari Nightmare game?

This game was part of a lawsuit Atari won. And got Quantum, Food fight and Nightmare(?) out of it. Nightmare was supposedly never released. Was or is there a prototype cab or board set still in existence? Or was this game lost in the concept phase?

Here is my thread on Nightmare from last summer. I found a harness and a key in a haul I purchased from a former Atari employee. Scott Evans has one. I believe that the prototype board that Spaeth is referring to was indeed purchased by Clay Cowgill from the same former Atari employee many years ago.

Mybe I was wrong but I thought this game was coming to CAX this year.

It is. Some one snap some pic's while your there! :) I'm not making it to CAX this year to see it with my own eyes. :(

Old thread, but wanted to mention Atari didn't win a lawsuit with GCC. Atari dropped the lawsuit, because they knew they were going to lose, and instead hired GCC to develop games for them:
