It'd be neat to find out who made it and get a little info, but it's one of those things where none of them are going to be all that more valuable because of who made it... what's important is that's a small one, so it'll fit in people's homes (check)..... it's a nice design, so people will like how it looks (check).... and it appears to be in very nice shape for it's age (check).
So that's a steal at $40 in my opinion. I can't quite tell how big it is but if it's the size of a cabaret arcade game for instance, I'd probably put $300 or $400 on it in my store.
