Any ideas on what this cabinet lookded like originally?

I just picked up this Badlands game and figured I would clean it up for my winter project. The previous owner had cut part of the top off for some reason. Since Badlands was a conversion game, I don't know what the original cabinet looked like Anybody have an idea what the original cabinet looked like? Enclosed are pictures. It has both an Atari and Data East sticker on back. I would like to fix the cabinet back to its original shape at least. Thanks for any help

Pole Position?

EDIT: Wait, no, that's not even close...

What does the Atari sticker say on it anyways?

The Atari sticker just has serial numbers, etc. I will have to check when I get home. Maybe, I can find some place online that lists some serial numbers and can track it down from there.

I have to rebuild the top where they cut it off and would like it to be somewhat close to the original.

I'm going to say that the cab was originally a Data East cab, housing some kind of game like Karate Champ, or Tag Team Wresting, Battle Wings, Cobra Command, or Kung Fu Master.

Then the machine was converted with an Atari Badlands kit.

Yeah, that's my guess.

could also have been a Commando.
