I have a QBert I'm in the process of getting breathing again. It's getting very low voltage on the bottom transformer, so the machine hardly functions, shy of the monitor and coin lights coming on. I need someone local with a working QBert machine so I can test the pcb and make sure it actually works. Then I need to find a replacement transformer, or someone that can rebuild this one.

Can anyone help?

you can skirt the Gottlieb transformer and put all new (line filter, isolation transformer, line fuse) and just use the Arcadeshop switching power supply adapter. the sound board amplifier works just fine with 12V instead of the linear's 30V. (has some obscene operating tolerance)

fairly certain those have a giant filter cap on the transformer block, maybe that's bad and causing everything else to be stupid.
