i've been collecting these ATARI PINS for the last couple years. have been filling the gaps here and there when they show up on ebay.

just recently i found this lady on ebay selling them with a BIN for $50 of best offer. i sent her some $20 offers on some of them and she accepted them!

here's her listings.... she's got multiples of everything. its a great way to fill those gaps in your collection. she ships super fast too which is a bonus.

now if we could just find someone to RE-PRODUCE the ATARI COLLECTIBLE PIN banner/display deal :)

anyone else collect these pins???

anyone own one of these collector pin displays?

i think its just made outta cardboard. too cool!

im guessing the POLE POSITION pin is pretty rare too.

I have been collecting the pins for a long time.. I posted about them when I got the last few. Here is a link..

pole position is very rare as is star wars. I knew they existed for a long time, but I was lucky to get them.. Asteroids is also not common..

The ones I got off ebay that I never knew existed were quantum and liberator. I don't know of any other classic atari games that have pins..

I would be interested in the display board too, but since there are more than 12, It would need to be modifed.. Thats the main reason why I was just going to frame them in a box.

here is a pic of the star wars pin. I need to take a better pic of mine..

I bet etiennedk would clean it up and make you a file you can print out if you really want a display. He recently redid the RoadBlasters contest signage. Maybe he would be willing to do this one also?

wow, thanks for posting those pics bill.....

i have never seen the quantum, star wars, or liberators before. too cool man.

were those 3 pins for employees only (as well as pole position)??

I want NEED a freakin' Quantum pin! Wicked.

And a Centipede, and Tempest, Missile Command, Space Duel, Star Wars, Food Fight...

I have an extensive hatpin collection, mostly tobacciana and NHRA. I saw the auctions the OP posted about and totally would have made offers if I thought she would have accepted $20's. Looks like he bought all the ones I cared for, D'oh!

she was selling extras of the centipede and millipede pins....

that picture that mrbill posted was not from her auctions, i dont think she was selling the rarer ones (quantum and liberator)

keep an eye out because she was re-listing more of them (multiples of alot of the titles).

I got a dozen of the pins from her. (All different) Very reasonable shipping etc. Just a lot of money I wasn't ready to spend.

I don't know the story on the quantum or liberator pins. It was an ebay auction and I am pretty sure the lady just got them from collecting pins. She did not work at atari or really know how she got them.

The star wars pin came from an atari employee(through scott). It could easily have been employee only/sample/something done without getting licence from lucas..

I have a few common spares. I could dig them out and offer them up if someone was looking.. One thing I have noticed is some of the duplicate pins have better coloring (like centipede green being darker).

Probably have spares of(maybe a few more):
centipede
millipede
dig dug
asteroids
