I haven't been able to locate any arcades in San Antonio that have Rush 2049 SE. I want to buy one some day but until then I'd at least like to play it from time to time.

Rush 2049

Dont know of one in your area, you may want to check out any malls in your area with a "Tilt" arcade in it, maybe you can find one in one of those, they usually have lots of driving type games. Those arcades have all the games for sale usually pretty cheap, I bought both my Carnevil and Area 51 from one in Dallas and both were in great condition. Also, if you haven't already, check out Pinballz Arcade in Austin sometime, it is pretty much the best arcade I have ever been to, and they have like 100 pins currently and several arcade games. I have driven there 4 times now from Dallas, it is just that exceptional. www.pinballzarcade.com

Hey thanks for the response and suggestion. I'm making the trip up to Austin this weekend to check out Pinballz. I need to get my rush fix! ha

If it is your first time, better prepare yourself, you will be in shock for sure, may wanna grab your camera. I also read a review recently from a guy that went there for the first time and he talked about playing a sit down driving game there that he thought was a Rush2049, so you may be in luck. At least you are somewhat close to it, if I were close like you are, I would probably be spending a few days a week there.

Emailed them and got a response that they do in fact have Rush! Gonna bring the camera and tripod :p

I will be in Austin in October, so will be spending some time there for sure.

I like that 2049 game too. I am more of a pinball guy myself, so Pinballz is pretty much pinball overload for me. I easily spend two to three hours there every time I am there, time just flies.

Enjoy it bro

Ha, well when you go you'll likely see me on the high scores as ERIC_B.

I'll play it and see how I do, lots of time between this weekend and October, lots of good players go there so you better set it pretty high. I see the high scores on the pinballs and think, it would take me hours to get a score that high.

Yea no kidding. Austinites really set the bar high in arcade games.

I've been trying to track down this one guy that played at Dave And Busters in Austin about 8 years ago. Something like Quija (in case he ever reads this). That guy was AWESOME! He knew every shortcut and had like 400,000+ miles logged. I've never been able to find an online resource that documents every shortcut so I feel like the secrets of the game will die with guys like him.
