My father passed away in February. He was a collector of some very odd antiques. I'm trying to get some information about the attached picture. I'm not actually sure what it is but he always called it an antique gaming machine. Can you provide any information about the item or can you put me in contact with someone who might know something.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Does the center cage part rotate or turn in any way? Do any of the parts move on it?

does it

does it have a opening or drop type area?
almost looks like a dice rolling cage I've seen for an asian game I saw played at a few places.
seen a couple variation where they used a cage and another where It went to cups would flip and dump as well..

It is a dice machine that was used to make the roll more "honest". They have also been used for bingo balls but of course, so has everything else.
