Another rejuvenator Q - what have I done wrong?

Ok thanks, I'll go ahead and order new electrolytics.
So when the unit is funtioning properly it's supposed to reach zero when calibrating the tracking? And the needles are also stable?

I had to replace the electrolytics in mine a couple of years ago.

Never had to recalibrate it though.

Here's another tip for anyone who wants to calibrate the tracking range of his 467. The tracking calibration doesn't necessarily have to be zero, just minimum reading. I've received this response from B&K Precision after I sent them an email about this.

Now I have to get to the electronics store to pick up the new caps.
