lots of ATW/Artic/Eastern cabs were imported as just empty generic cabinets. interesting that this one is labeled as 240v.

hope you didn't pay much seeing as it has that gaping hole on the side.
 
Like said above, they sold mostly empty cabs for people to put bootleg games in. Seeing as there is only a joystick and 1p/2p buttons, this was a Devil Fish cab if it held an Artic game. Most likely it had a bootleg Pac Man board.

Ah i was trying to figure out what Artic game could have possibly used this cab. I completely missed Devil Fish. Good catch.
