WTF? Again? How do these keep finding me?

Watch this !

It eventually goes the into full collapse

Came to me as a parts chassis.
It's missing
R92
Remote board
FB
IC 1,2,3,and 4
50/60 pot was wrong value

I added all these and got full deflection and then the jitters, then a slow and full collapse.
After not finding anything and the IC3 was getting 25 volts on pin 5 and 8 think I thought maybe it's a bad IC3. It wasn't new so it might be bad. It was. Replaced it and now I have full deflection.

check out mikes amateur monitor repair on youtube, he has fixed a few these with that issue

I've had some odd V collapse ones myself that were not traditional issues. Both times (1 k7000, 1 g07) there was a diode with a broken leg but it made intermittent contact. Giving me a full picture, to a partial picture , to full collapse.

Took awhile to find both of those.
