After seeing the other thread by 'blownninjected' I decided to test my Final Fight board...
...and bummer, I'm getting graphic errors too. It looks like my board has vertical black bars over the background. When text is displayed, it only shows every other letter. Weird.
The moving characters seem to display ok though. Game plays fine and sound is good.
I tried reseating the socketed ROMs and the little c-board, same result. Anybody recognize this, or have an idea?
