Just wondering...Im hopefully picking up a vs unisystem upright in a couple weeks. The cab has no monitor, and was wondering what size it holds. Hopefully a 19''. Also, is there a certain type of monitor it needs?

Thanks,
Jason

Is it a conversion or an original? Meaning, is it in a DK style cabinet?

It should be some flavor of the 19" Sanyo 20EZV monitor.

Its a dk style. I was hoping any kind of 19'' would work. Ive got some k7000 chassis's laying around. Any way these could work?

It's a 19" I believe. And Nintendo used Sanyo EZ type monitors, which have an audio board and video inverter built into the chassis. But you can use any 19" monitor that isn't a Sanyo EZ, if you use an audio amp/inverter board from mikesarcade.com.

awesome, that's exactly what i needed to know. I noticed that vs boards have pins on the left, and right side of the board. What's up with that? Also, anyone know where to get a pinout for vs edge connectors?

One set of pins is for the control panel. The other handles video, audio, power, coin mechs.
