Needs some work but was a good deal. The sides have had a wooden siding glued to them and the whole thing has been painted black (and I mean everything) so today I attempted to take off the siding....

its strange because there is the white vinyl under the siding...but no art?

The CPO is in really nice shape...except for the handle bars being spray painted black. Going to have them replated.

In the shot above you can see the coin mechs that until last night were spray painted (like everything else) black. They are now back to normal and lit.

I have the button covers off to strip them of their black paint.

I have read alot here about people not liking PB...I for one used to play the $#!& out of it and still love it today ;)

I loved Paperboy when I was younger. I bought versions for my Gameboy and computer but they were always terrible ports of the game. This is just awesome. Can't wait to see the finished product.

This is one of those games that never seems to come up for sale. I hope that I can own one of these someday too. In the mean time I will live vicariously through you...

I know what you mean about them never coming up...2 weeks before I found this one I almost had one shipped from back east! Glad I waited ;)

Seriously? I love Paperboy!

My fav. thing to do back in the day was chow down a Papa Gino's hot dog and fries and play the hell out of that game...

My Granny had a Mac store here in Canada (Vancouver), it was like a 7-11 in the US. She had some games in the back corner by a window. She had Paper boy, Phoenix, Donkey Kong, and a few more i can't remember. We played Paper boy all that summer, she also sold tapes and gave me Purple Rain, Heartbeat city, Rebel Yel, Huey Lewis & the News, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, & Van Halen, 1984 was an awesome year for music and video games! Anyways sorry for the ramble there, nice game have fun, wish i had one.

Enjoy,
