Andy's Pile-O-Pengo / is new artwork available?

The original side art isn't in too bad of shape but the sides themselves need lots of work, I wonder if it would be easier to just use them as templates and start over if artwork is available. Nice to see at least CPOs are out there, although I'll have to chase down a panel first, the cab was stripped bare.

I'm in no hurry as I have plenty of other projects ahead of this one, I just thought I'd see what's available.

if the orginal sideart is in good shape you might want to consider
somethin like this to restore the cab sides

It's certainly a thought, although the originals aren't as perfect as I thought, although I wouldn't call them trashed. What I might wind up doing is just building another cab using the parts as templates but still hang on to all the original parts, so if new artwork turns up then I'll get some, it sounds like there's a market out there for new artwork anyway.

Does anything else use the same cab as Pengo? I thought I heard somewhere that it was unique.

Pengo

As far as I know Pengo cabs are unique. I have one of Rich's Pengo overlays. It is beautiful. Jeff Roth has a set of NOS side art he has been saying he was going to vectorize for 3 or so years now. Maybe someday........

Someone has offered me a control panel so if that pans out I'll have all the cab parts, it'll just be a matter rebuilding/prettying things up, putting in a monitor and rounding up the controls/electronics.

Pretty please? I've been looking for pengo sideart for ages and every time I search - that nagging post from 2007 on rotheblog turns up at the top of the list. what torture
