And another pickup

After reviewing videos and such I'm starting to wonder if the color issue is from the PCB because the intro universal logo should be white and it's black and the spaceman's head is black and should be white and the background is a bright grey instead of black.. I don't think it's from the CRT chassis or neckboard or I would have RGB at all.. I could be wrong but anyone have thoughts on this?? ID love to get this thing done soon lol

Cleaned the PCB and re-seated all chips possible. Still same result starting to think maybe it's not the PCB?? Idk any thoughts anyone???

Wish I had a way to test the PCB on another monitor

Ok so after reading some threads I googled and got this info below:

Incorrect Monitor Type: Some arcade games, particularly older Nintendo titles, were designed to work with "inverted" monitors. These monitors display white as black and vice versa. If you are using a standard, non-inverted monitor with a game designed for an inverted monitor, the colors will appear reversed.
Signal Inversion/Hardware Issue: Even with the correct monitor type, a reversed black and white display could be caused by a fault that is inverting the video signal. This could be a problem within the game board, the monitor chassis, or even a specific component responsible for color inversion.

But no where in a manual does it say the game uses what type of CRT inverted or not ... Also most inverted things I find are like backwards texts or viewing mine is just black and white being inverted... So it's it a yoke thing??
