Amplifone HV boards will be reproduced - info needed

Hi Guys

I will be making the Amplifone HV boards (Lots of them) and have found there are 2 versions.

I need your input please

Help me decide what version to make please. :)
this is type 1 (rev -01) Notice the black print on the parts side AND 3 X BLACK WIRES near the print "A201012"

Then there is another board - type 2 (rev -02) but different - It has NO WIRES next to the black print #"A201012-02"
Amp_Rev-02_Pic01.jpg

In order for this project to proceed, I need to know a tally. I need everyone with an amplifone to get the screwdriver out and have a look if you could please. If you could compare, then tell me the results please

Once decided, there will be 1 type in production
Why not be a part of it, majority rules

Thank you

Color doesn't matter, I need the printed black number from the parts side if possible please

Tally so far

A201012-02 (Blue & early beige design) : QTY 5

A201012(Later Beige) : QTY 1

Green Board : QTY 1 (No info found/ no number / no diagram) Could be similar to -01

I don't have any HV boards in front of me right now. Just curious what the reason was for those wires. I assume they are grounds for one of the components mounted on the board. Could you please elucidate? It seems to me a "cleaner" board would be more desirable so I am temporarily going to say the second version. Also, 2nd revisions usually have "fixes" in them.

Can't go tear it open right now but I found a pic of mine:

And I vote for blue boards because that's what I've seen most. But the blue board has the "diode placing problem" for the Cinelabs/Omegaman HVT..

That is a funny thing, but it looks like rev -02 is the first one.

Everyone tells me blue was the first board issued. All the blues and some beige (Same design) are rev -02

However . . .

The diagram in every Amplifone manual shows the other type

I am happy to go with rev -02 as that's designed

Count so far (Not a vote, it's a tally)
Rev A201012-02 x 5
Rev A201012 x 1
Green x 3

Yes, they are ground wires, moved for some reason.

It makes it easy for us to identify what version we have

While not exactly in line with your question, I have this repro one and it would be nice if your repro one was compatible with it (if I ever need another)

If your's is a drop in part, then this one will be compatible.

I have a c/pit I can test them in and set them up in - to make sure

BUT, having said that, I have only beige and blue deflection boards to test with. I will send one or two off, to make sure it works with green deflection boards too etc.
