I am nearly finished putting the Amplifone deflection PCB harnesses together. I'm making 30 to start with and will likely build more if there's a demand for it.

These harnesses are made using new 20 gauge wire, with the 15 pin connector on one end, same as the harness on an original board. Wire colors, ties, and lengths matched to my Quantum deflection board shown below. The ONLY difference in wire length is that I extended the two purple wires to match the yellow, white, white/brn stripe, and grey wires. This is so that you can terminate those with a connector for the repro deflection PCB by Dezbaz, if you wish. I imagine some will just solder directly to the PCB (I plan to), so I didn't include those connectors. I did strip the PCB ends of the wire. Also, the twisted pairs are attached with wire ties about 1" from the ends. You can clip those off after attaching the board if you want.

I'm basing the price on price of materials, time, and what some of the repro control panel harnesses (similar wire/crimp count/parts cost) have sold for on KLOV.

The cost is $12.50/ea harness and $5.50 for shipping, which is USPS Priority with tracking # - $18/shipped for 1. I think I can ship 5 for same shipping cost, as I'm using flat rate boxes, so 2 for $30.50, 3 for $43, etc.. These will start shipping next week, unless I have demand past the 30, then I will let you know the status and wait time.

My paypal is [email protected]

Please make sure the Paypal transaction includes
-KLOV ID
-name and address (sometimes people think it's in there and it's not for some reason)

Finally, the original interest list, but please feel free to PM me about these, as I can make more:

None ya buidness! :D

He sells cardboard bezels too. ;) Just thought maybe I could save on shipping. Seems they can't really ship together. :001_ssad:

I'd do it if I could, but I ship the bezels between flat pieces of cardboard, and I think the post office expects the thickness to be uniform. I'd be afraid that with the big molex connector mushed in the middle of the package it would get mashed.

Payment sent for one of these. This is great, I have a extra board with all the wires clipped.
Dan

That's what got me wanting to do this originally. I have a project board I want to rebuild that has a few inches of the harness just clipped off.

Thanks all. These will ship next week, unless I go over 30 initial sales, then I'd just have to order more connectors/pins from GPE.

Payment sent for 1 harness. Thanks for taking this project on.
PS, bought a cardboard bezel for my 720 resto from Joey, he does top notch work on these.
