I have a 100A with 100B brain.

Juke works great.

The other day it was playin a bunch of songs and when finished I walked up to play more and the song read-out window / led display was out. Could anyone help me in determining the issue. All connectors looked and felt fine. Is it the display that just pooped out or could it be an output or fuse or what?

Thanks for your input!

We need more information. Is it just the display that is out, or is the entire Jukebox dead? If the machine works but you just can't see anything on the LED display, I would suspect the display itself or perhaps the power leading to the display. If the entire machine is dead, you will need to start by troubleshooting your power supply starting with the AC line in and working your way to your DC power supply.

While fuses can pop and shut down an entire machine, a fuse usually burns up because of some other problem. Contrary to the wisdom of Craigslist, a fuse is seldom equal to a fix.

Just the display is out and went out during normal operation. Juke still works fine and plays songs requestd but the display is just out so you can't see what is playing or what you are entering.

where does the power for that display come from? hope its not the display as it worked fine for a long time......

thanks for the response!!!!!

Hi Scott,

The power for the display comes from the power supply, you need to check out for dry joints on the board connections and also check out the service switch for conductivity.
