Did you ever get his address? If so, there is plenty that can be done. How about an "ALL MALE ORGY" post on his local craigslist? Did you get his phone number? If so, there is plenty that can be done, how about a "FREE PHONE SEX" post on his local craigslist? Did you get his email address? If so, there is a ton of stuff you can do, how about a "LETS TRADE SCAT FILES" post on his local craigslist?

I don't think I have most of that stuff, but I do have enough info to find the guy. I have his real name from his paypal account and I know his son manages the local video game store. But alas, I won't resort to any kind of guerrilla tactics. I have posted the following as part of of the nonperforming seller report. It will probably be the last action I can take in the matter. Best I can do I guess.

Dear Ebay,
On June 1st, I won this item from mapex4. I immediately sent payment to him via Paypal that same day. On June 3rd, mapex4 sent me a transaction cancellation request because the price it brought didn't meet the seller's expectation. On June 4th, I regrettably declined feeling the reason was a frivolous one. The first 2 emails are the direct response to my declining. I then sent 1 more email trying to get mapex4 to live up to his end of the contract. This led to his 3rd email. Hopefully you can see all emails that he and I have sent over this transaction.
It is my hope that Ebay will take stringent action against this seller. I feel his actions have been fraudulent in that he failed to live up to his end of the binding contract that was the auction. Furthermore, when I denied the request to cancel, he became indignant, rude, and resorted to profanity and name calling simply because he didn't get his way. I understand that Ebay can't legally force anyone to sell anything they don't want to. Furthermore, I have been a member long enough to know that the only assurance a seller and buyer have in any transaction is the other one's word that both will do what is right and honest. But when a member's actions prove that their word can no longer be trusted, they have no business transacting on Ebay at all. I have had many great transactions on Ebay and a very tiny amount that weren't so great. But this one has been the worse so far. I hope you take an appropriate action against this seller to make sure that no other member should have to endure a transaction like this one. I would ask that you review the seller's long history of feedback more closely than I first did. It appears that he has a history of rudeness and profanity. Lastly, I would ask if this is the kind of seller we want in our Ebay community. Thank you for your time.

I still think your just wasting your time. Nothing is going to happen too him. But if it makes you feel better then I guess thats all that matters. I would have moved on the day my transaction was cancelled but to each their own. I hope you get what ever kind of satasifaction your looking for.. I agree it is to bad there are people on E-Bay that do crap like that. You were not the first and will not be the last.

I think at this point you cant do much really. About the only thing I would do is create a new account and bid up some of his auctions. Maybe make a couple of accounts actually. Win a couple auctions, then leave negative feedback after not responding to him for a couple days. He can get stuck with fees.
I would also sign up his email address for some random sites so he gets alot of spam. And maybe get a magazine or 2 sent to him.
But thats about it. I would do just enough to be annoying.

Yeah, subscribe the jerkoff to some hardcore porn magazines. Either really fat chicks or gay porn. Either way he'll get on a mailing list from hell and it will cause plenty of problems with his family...
