I think I'm addicted to getting new console games at a discount. Keep in mind I have an almost 4 month old at home, so my time it limited as it is.
So far since 9/18, I've bought:
Borderlands 2 (almost 100% done with), got a $20 BB reward certificate with.
Second copy of Borderlands 2 for a friend's b-day that is still months away (gave it to him already), only reason I bought it was because I got it for $40 shipped brand new.
Assassins Creed 3 PS3, (opened last night, played 1 hour), got a $20 BB reward certificate with.
Assassins Creed 3 Vita, (still in plastic) for free because of BOGO coupon.
Medal of Honor Warfighter (still in plastic), got a $20 BB reward certificate with, plus I got them to price match $49.99.
Call of Duty: Declassified (Vita title), (shipping today), $12 off from newegg.
Lego LOTR (ships today/tomorrow, the wife and I enjoy playing these together), $12 off from newegg.
And tomorrow I plan on picking up:
COD:BO2, would get another $20 in BB rewards.
God of War: Saga (GOW 1-3, plus both PSP titles, all 5 remastered in HD with trophies!), would get BB to price match GameStop for $20, normally $40.
Formula 1 Race Stars (think F1 meets Mario Kart), might put off and wait for a price drop or buy used.
Games I have preordered between tomorrow and the end of the year:
Resident Evil 6 (probably going to cancel, wasn't impressed with the demo), originally preordered for $20 in BB rewards (expired now).
Playstation All Stars (buying PS3 version, comes with free Vita version), $12 off from newegg.
So all totaled, at the end of the day tomorrow I will probably have 7 brand new games that I haven't played (and this is counting the GOW Saga as 1 game vs. the 5 it actually is). Should I seek help, or do you think am I justified in doing this? FYI, I've been bouncing around the 40% off mark for my total purchases, which I'm kinda proud of.
edit: in addition, I check cheapassgamer.com at least twice a day, gamedealsdaily.com once (only updated in the AM), and I have a daily game deals app on my phone that I check morning and night
