I couldn't help it, as I have been making so really bad color combos.

The dark green looks pretty good, but I'm really digging the look of the dark blue. Sets off the lighter blues of the artwork very nicely.

The original Nintendo blue works best IMO. For custom colors, the blue from the marquee and bezel would work best.

I kind of like the two tone green and the grey. I have a black Gravitar, I like to mix up T molding colors. I have multiple colors on Gauntlet , Gauntlet 2 and the Simpsons. I also bought the Simpsons Postage stamps when they were available and used them on the cp, marque and the coin slots. I also put green T molding , j/s and buttons on Rampage.

I always paint my conversion games a color. I never just leave them black.

Personally, I think the med blue looked the best. Seemed to pop a bit more. I think its the 10th pic in the lineup. As for the red, it probably looks second best. it really makes the Popeye in the title and on the sides pop. It looks pretty good and would probably look look much better with a fresh decal and some fresh T-molding. Best of luck on the project.

As an afterthought you should mock up a pick with the cab having red sides and a med blue front with a red coin door and also blue sides with a red front and blue coin door. With the white striping it would have that navy uniform look to it something fierce.
