Allegedly NOS Galaga side art

What do you know, an honest seller.

Hey, I just want to give you a head's up that the Galaga side art you are selling is a modern reproduction, not vintage as the ad states. You don't specifically say that they're NOS (new old stock ? an unused but original item), but the clear implication is that the set was produced in 1981, which isn't the case.

The original artwork has a Midway logo at the top and the copyright reads Midway Mfg Co. The set you're selling has a Namco copyright and no Midway logo, which indicates that it's a modern reproduction rather than NOS.

I don't ascribe any malice to your actions, it seems like you're more into 1980s vintage stuff than arcade parts, and it's an easy mistake to make if you aren't an arcade collector. But I thought you'd like to know, since your ad specifically states that refunds will be given if the item is falsely represented, which it is, good intentions or not.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll revise it immediately. Do you know if the Baby Pac-Man I have for sale is the same case? There was no date on that at all.
