McFly Warranty and Returns
Our products are warranted to be free of defects in manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. McFly will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product. After 90 days, products can be shipped back to McFly for repair or replacement but will be subject to inspection, labor, and repair fees, as well as return shipping and handling charges. A repair or replacement quotation will be provided to the customer prior to the start of any such work.
Customers must contact <
[email protected]> to obtain an RMA number prior to returning products. This RMA number must be clearly marked on return shipping containers. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and protecting products for shipping.
The warranty is voided if the product has been damaged through neglect or misuse. McFly makes no other warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness of our products for any particular purpose, even if that purpose is known to McFly, or any warranty relating to intellectual property. McFly shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or loss of profits resulting from the handling or use of our products.
Any McFly product may be returned for any reason within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping and handling costs) provided that it is returned without defects, properly packed and shipped, in saleable condition, and with all accessories and parts included.
