all of a sudden, nothing fires on my gilligan pin...no solendoids work

i checked the fuses and they're all good. all GI works. game fires up....just nothing happens (no flippers, no ball launch, no nothing). doesn't work in gameplay...doesn't work in test mode.

thoughts?

First two things I'd check is the coin door switch and make sure that's fine. Secondly, make sure you're getting enough voltage in all the key places. Maybe your power supply is limping.

GI doesn't have a coindoor interlock switch (was only during TZ run added)
I'd first check all fuses and see if all leds light up like they should..
if feature lamps also don't work well then check the small flatcable between cpu and powerboard..

maybe the game realized how bad it was...

Sorry, I think it's one of the worst pins ever. It totally dictates where you have to shoot for thousands and then kona for 50 billion? in Dr EVIL voice....''rightttttt''..

Talk about unbalanced scoring.

and an answer to your problem= driver board related, check all the fuses out of the driver board, also check the relay on that board, sometimes they go bad. If you have another wpc game, test with a known good driver, should narrow it down.
Thanks, James

thanks for all the suggestions. got family in town this weekend, but i'll check it out in the next week or so (hopefully).

as for gilligan sucking....meh. it's a GREAT theme and actually a fun pin for the family. my kids love it. a few of the "regulars" that play pins at my house often love it as well. it has shit for rules, but for whatever reason, it gets a lot of play at my house. i realize i don't have the best lineup in the world, but still....

edit: i should also state that it would be a HORRIBLE pin as a single if that's all you had room for in a collection. if you have room for a quirky game with a fun theme, it's a decent pin. JMHO though.

some games have multiple balls that need to be "seen" by the cpu to start the game. Make sure in switch test the game recognizes each ball. I'd start with manually placing each ball into the outhole, then starting a game.
