As others have said, I haven't seen a pattern like that.I didnt expect so but from what I know of ALCA, they took games and actually worked to improve them before re-branding and releasing (check out the dual-layer board), so really wasn't sure if the pattern was in fact relevant, particularly to a possibly faulty game pcb..
I looked at the neck in your pictures. If the tube is necked, it's subtle. Most of the time, it's pretty obvious given the angle of the back of the tube (which has to be 90 degrees from the face of the tube (where you see the neck connector / board askew significantly) or just glass on the chassis from the tube neck.
That doesn't mean it isn't. It just doesn't look like it to me.
