Anybody have experience restoring a Dynamo Air Hockey playfield?

I've read some stuff on fixing dents with clear epoxy, but what about scratches? Sand them down, touch-up paint, then clear?

Someone told me to insert a plastic drinking straw in the slot then epoxy over it. Re-drill hole after epoxy sets. I tried it and it worked. I used quick setting epoxy since the game was on location and couldn't have uncured epoxy.

Is there any way to repaint the whole surface ? The ends of the table have worn over
the years and right now our budget doesn't allow replacing them.

Sure. You just use a light spray with a gun.

Remember, the puck floats on AIR. No wax on the playfield is required.

Plug the holes with ball headed pins, and spray around them. Light layers to cover - use multiple layers. Pull up the pins, lightly sand with 2000 grit paper, vacuum and you're off to the races.

I'd spot paint these. You will see those at the ends of the table, where the mallets are being used.

You may want to change or clean your mallets more regularly to avoid that damage.
