Can anyone recommend a company that will pick-up pack and deliver an arcade machine (purchased out of state)?

If so, approximately what is the charge? I am in Michigan (Detroit area) and one machine is in NH and the other is South Florida...

Thanks!

I have always heard tht NAVL is the best way to go.
I've also heard some paople say they have a rate for shipping arcade games. I've never used them (or any other for that matter) but that appears to be the one company that I see used 9 out of 10 times and have seen very few complaints.

Good luck,
ERIC

+1. Go NAVL. ;) And I think that's an abbreviation for "North American Van Lines" but I could be horribly wrong. Research first!

Select option '2' for the Gaming/eBay team

Give them origin and destination zip codes and they can give you a quote over the phone.

To ship a single upright video arcade game expect $330 to $410. It depends on the route, primarily, and to a lesser extent the distance. I've used NAVL to ship games about seven times and that is the range of prices I've paid. I live in Seattle and have had games shipped from SoCal, Oklahoma, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and New Jersey. $330 seems to be about the cheapest rate you'll pay even for much shorter distances.

They used to ship two games at once for the price of one but I believe now they give you half off the shipping for the second one.

They will shrink wrap the game and load it on their truck. All the origin person has to do is make sure the game is accessible and on the ground floor (i.e. not a basement or higher floor).

You pay all of the costs at time of delivery with a cashier's check or money order. They do not accept personal checks or credit cards. They will give you the exact total when you call to schedule the pickup so you can have the cashier's check or money order ready before it arrives. They will also give you a contract number and you can track your shipment here:
