Advice- Dot matrix display not working - Data East Royal Rumble

Do you have any pics of of the corrosion? Do you have corrosion on the CPU board from the batteries as well? I know you said all the cable are good, but make sure the ribbon cable is all lined up right and the red mark is going to pin #1. It's easy to forget something with all those cables back there. Wish I had more to offer, advice wise at this point. Keep at it.

I don't have any pics of the corrosion, and I tried every ribbon cable just now... the rom chip itself has no corrosion. Light on the stern replacement board is lighting up. should it?

found one blown fuse.... fixed it. getting correct voltages at the DMD..

Anyone have any other ideas?
Where can I buy the display roms?
